In the training we will work with many practical tools, templates and exercises that you can directly apply to your own projects or bring back to your team to start on your journey right after the training.

Your instructor - Jennifer Zwyer
Jennifer has been working for mimacom consulting since 2 years and is working as Scrum Master and agile Coach for different clients.
Lorenz has been trained in Business and Law but has been working in IT for the last 8 years. He is our agile Swiss army knife. Being equipped with two master titles, several agile certificates and hands-on experience working in agencies, Lorenz likes to be close to the development process of agile products. Leaning forward, he has a clear focus on improving the agility of business and development teams. He is able to develop employees into stable agile teams. When doing so, he is always putting the human at the center of his efforts. Aspects like culture, leadership, values and ownership are his primary focus. Holding HR roles and being on the lookout for the right talent has sharpened his understanding of HR as a central enabler for sustainable agile transformations.
