Good to know:

In this workshop you can bring along first, concrete ideas or prototypes, which you can then further develop and concretize in the workshop.

What is Design Thinking?

Design Thinking is an approach to solving problems and developing new ideas. The goal is to find solutions that are convincing from the user's point of view. In contrast to other innovation methods, Design Thinking can or is sometimes not described as a method or process, but rather as an approach based on the three equally important basic principles of team, space and process.

What is Lean Startup?

Lean Startup is an iterative method to build products and even entire business models quickly and with little effort (time/money). In essence, it is about building an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) in a repetitive cycle of "Build - Measure - Learn" (Build-Measure-Learn). Lean Startup is therefore the ideal complement to Design Thinking when it comes to implementing ideas quickly and effectively.
